Motive Half Marathon

My poor right foot has something wrong with it. It's doctor time ... and I bet this will mean no Decker Challenge for me (oh, damn!).

So the doctor said no running for a while. There is soft tissue damage around my cuboid bone. Maybe I'll be back in January. The doctor also told me to get rid of my old shoes as this is the likely cause. I can't even wear them casually. Death to the Mizuno Wave Creation!
