trail was very wet and muddy
had two good laps then stopped to wait on Deborah and we walked a third loop

Plenty of slow jogging and walking mixed in, but too much weight loss kept me under close supervision at the medical tent. I decided to call it a day when the late afternoon thunderstorms intensified.
