Motive Half Marathon

My poor right foot has something wrong with it. It's doctor time ... and I bet this will mean no Decker Challenge for me (oh, damn!).
So the doctor said no running for a while. There is soft tissue damage around my cuboid bone. Maybe I'll be back in January. The doctor also told me to get rid of my old shoes as this is the likely cause. I can't even wear them casually. Death to the Mizuno Wave Creation!

Still Messed Up

I put in 4 today but by the time I was about done, the underside of my right foot was killing me again. I'm going to try one of these spike ball things I saw at REI and see if that relieves any pain. Hopefully that'll fix it because I don't want to think about alternatives :)
